We are a digital marketplace, not an employment agency. Platform access covers preparation and coordination; physical relocation in Serbia is optional and package-based—see Phase 2 below.
Upfront payment
Digital marketplace access to publish roles, review candidates, and coordinate contracts and permits. Listing is free under the current campaign; success-based placement fees are agreed with you in writing—not a pay-to-list model.
Placement fees apply on successful hires, as set out in your agreement with us
We highlight an offer to post jobs without a separate listing fee for up to 50 companies per promotional period. The exact rules (timing, eligibility) can change—confirm with us if you rely on it. Any success or placement fees are still only what you agree to in your commercial terms.

If you are hired through a Partner Agency, they manage external handling and their specific field logistics, which determines the local fees. For Standard Company Hires, fees only vary based on which optional relocation package you choose upon arrival (Arrival Essentials, Arrival & legal touchpoint, or Arrival Complete).
If you select an optional on-arrival relocation package, fees are collected only after visa approval and upon your arrival in Serbia.
You'll be fully informed of your specific package before committing.
We provide application guidance and coordination only—we do not process visas or permits on your behalf, and we cannot guarantee approval. The platform access and application support fee pays for those services, not for a decision by the authorities. We do not refund that fee solely because an application is refused: we never sell or guarantee approval, so we do not tie refunds to an outcome we do not promise.
Companies pay a fee only when they successfully hire a candidate. The exact fee structure is discussed during the recruitment process and is based on the position and candidate requirements. Contact us for more details.
